TAP's Mission
TAP's objective is to improve the regulatory and business climate for the pay television industry in Latin America by fostering open dialogue among its members, government regulatory agencies, and other industry institutions throughout the region.

TAP also serves as a clearinghouse for information on regulatory, legal, and international trade issues in the region.

TAP's Goals
TAP's number one priority is to curb the rampant satellite signal theft and unauthorized retransmission of its members programming throughout the region. Comprehensive campaigns are being implemented in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, aimed at turning poachers into legal subscribers.
