On Wednesday, November 28th TAP Chairman Gustavo Pupo-Mayo was a panelist for the AS/COA private sector roundtable on Intellectual Property and Privacy: Cybersecurity Challenges for Latin America. The event took place at the Cybersecurity Center of the Americas at Miami Dade College
The gathering convened a group of senior business leaders and special guests for an off-the-record discussion on varying cybersecurity threats - from cloud computing, to data privacy, to intellectual property. Speakers addressed the latest cybersecurity protection trends across the digital space, as well as best practices and policy tools to curb cybercrime.
Other speakers were Enrique Gutierrez, Chief Investigator Digital Crimes Unit of Microsoft Latin America; Ana Roldan, AVP and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Miami Dade College; and moderator Ariel Solorzano, Director of Cyxtera.< Back to news list
